Let the food season the experience
Mmm ... the lovely smell of freshly prepared food after a full day out in the wild. There's nothing better than getting to digest new impressions and experiences over a good meal with loved ones.
We use fresh ingredients from the region of the polar circle. The food is a combination of the local best food and a taste of Swissness. We buy the reindeer meat from the local butcher and get the potatoes from the farmer around the corner. We make sure to serve sustainable food on it’s best.
Fresh salmon from torne river, a yummy moose steak from the local hunter, or reindeer filet with Spätzle. Let us surprise you with great taste.
